To whom it may concern,
I am a Greek citizen. I wish to travel to Laos. Could I obtain a tourist Visa upon arrival? If not, how can I get a tourist visa, what are the requirements for Greek citizens. Just to specify, I am currently in China and I will take a flight from Guangzhou to Laos.
Kind regards, Glykeria

Dear Sir or Madam:
I received information that a new retroactive income tax law has been passed in Laos. From initial reading it appears that all foreign workers, which includes international organizations such as the UN, are also included. Please advise whether UN personnel are excluded in accordance with the Laos agreement on the UN Privileges & Immunities 1946 Treaty.
Thank you very much.
