The Society of the disabled is kindly drawing your attention that there is a disabled person suffering from fatal disease (obesity), so after careful medical examination it is decided that the disabled have to go for a surgical operation of Laparoscopic gastric banding in Jordan. Given the above case, the center of disabled is kindly asking you in the name of humanity to support and elevate the financial burden which explained as follow:
