Dear sir, we the inhabitants of village: khatkhair,Post office: lokmanpur,Thana/upazilla:Bagatipara,District:Natore ,Bangladesh, beg most respectfully to state that khatkhair is a village of about six thousand people. Most of the people of our village is very poor and uneducated but religious.It is a matter of great sorrow that we had a mosque in our village aged about 100 years and people could not able to pray for ALLAH so we have started to renovate our mosque as a two stored one with an Islamic library. But due to lack of fund we are unable to continue our construction work. In this circumstence, we pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to sanction a two stored mosque and islamic library at an early date and oblige thereby. Yours faithfully,
