Has anyone seen this very sad, depressing sight of a magnificent brown bear, locked in a small cage for the benefit of tourists, at restaurants in Kosovo? Why would anyone think this kind of treatment of animals is OK? It is barbaric. Please all Kosovans ask your government to make the spectacle of restaurant bears illegal.
