I'd like to compliment the mission especially the guy in the passports section for the professional manner in which He handled my daughters passport application. He was all prepared, sent me all the information and application forms by e-mail and even called me to complete the missing details on the application form. This is what we call good customer service. If you have any doubts go to Nyayo Hse in Kenya…may be then you will start to appreciate things. However, there is still need to improve on some things. A dead Diaspora association, an out of reach diplomats sent to represent us! Email responses…it takes a week to have a reply!
