I hope you can help me.
I am trying to make contact with Kenyan Professor Washington Okumu, whom I believe now lives in Washington DC. He wrote the book 'The African Renaissance: History, Significance and Strategy'.
More importantly he was directly involved in the peace negotiations in South Africa in 1994 and saved thousands of South African lives!
