Dear Sir
As a Kenyan of Indian Origin i recently visited the Indian Mombasa Embassy located at the Bank of India Building in Mombasa Kenya with the reason to apply for Holiday Visa to travel to India and in that connection would like to express my disgust at the way Kenyans are being handled here the staff in particular a Indian gentleman name i do not know is very rude and has no respect for women and how he talks to the visitors at the embassy. His behaviour is as if Indai does not wish Kenyans to travel to their country and if that being the case why not just shut the embassy altogether. He also speaks in hindi language and expects all to understand this language which is really absurd. Can the Kenyan Ambassador please investigate this issues and bring an end the humiliation Kenyans are going through under this man.Lastly there is also no privacy when handing your documents and all can see and hear surely the embassy can arrange some room where each applicant does their application within their privacy.I also called the NAIROBI EMBASSY to complain and sent email but neither are the phones being answered nor any reply from them to my emails. Is India not capable of posting good people or they just do not care.
Thanks and hope some action will be taken
From Mahesh Gudka
