I am Sri Lankan citizen and I worked in Kenya year 2002 to 2006.Now I want to get a Kenyan police clearance report for the U.S.A visa purpose.All the requested documents are ready in my hand and remaining to do DHL. But according to Sri Lanka Law,can not send the fee. Pls assist me to get this done.

Dear Sir, I am a kenyan resident and a citizen of kenya residing in nairobi. My wife has traveled to india to deliver my first child. It is clear that since i am the father,the child should be a kenyan although by birth it would be indian . Passport of an Indian residing and having his own consultancy in Kenya has been impounded by the Regional Passport Office in India. Will the immigration office Kenya know about it? or should be informed by the Regional Passport Office?
After it is being impounded will he be able to continue with the valid residence permit?
What about his bank accounts? can they be operated for withdrawal and transfers?
I am in India, but my Kenyan passport expired, i want to travel to Nairobi urgently for medical treatment, so I would like to know how fast I can get a travel document / renew passport to travel.
