Is the Embassy processing E passports for Kenyans living in Russia.?
I have a lot of trust in our country. But why is it so difficult to get our embassy's help? I want to change my course but it is not just easy without your help. I am studying at Samara State Aerospace University
I had a scholarship to study my dream course in russia but unfortunately i was reffered back for medication which i have already completed.the embassy of Russian Federation wants me to obtain a later from the university i was studying to satisfy that in deed i was studying in russia under a scholarship, so please help obtain my letter from rostov state medical university...thank you so much
