RESUMPTION OF MY STUDIES IN RUSSIA
I had a scholarship to study my dream course in russia but unfortunately i was reffered back for medication which i have already completed.the embassy of Russian Federation wants me to obtain a later from the university i was studying to satisfy that in deed i was studying in russia under a scholarship, so please help obtain my letter from rostov state medical university...thank you so much
