Dear GITONGA , if you are a Kenyan employed in Rwanda, in order to comply with the laws, you need to consult Rwanda Immigration headquarters Kacyiru in order to apply for work permit . the requirements are on the wwww.migration.gov.rw/working in Rwanda and then check on H-category .
please this goes to all east Africans, you should know that it requires nothing else apart form your ID to visit each of t these countries, Rwanda,kenya and Uganda for a period of six month of stay.
