The whole day I and my Tanzanian friend that I came to visit here in Tanzania have been harassed by the community police the whole day since morning. It is now 10.55 p.m. As we were setting to sleep after a long day, they have come and locked us in from outside in our neighbor's room. We do not know what they are discussing outside but it is so unsettling and suspicious. What kind of law is operating here???
