Dear Sir,
I am Marcelius Atanga, and international Doctoral researcher and coordinator of Some NGOs geared towards helping the poor in Africa.
Of recent we have some Kenyans who requested help, and we have several second handed things mostly cloths and computers to send to another NGO in Kenya that will help to distribute these things to the poor.
Our questions are:
1) By the Kenyan law are we to pay tax on such things?
2) Is there any way the Kenyan embassy can asist to facilitate the process of removal of these things from the sea port?
