i thank your permanent mission staff for their help in securing my safety during a precarious event with
thugs in new york when i was there around 1999- 2001
approximately when i asked for assistance and was
guranteed it in the u.n. building on 1st ave. i now live at 712 division ave apt niagara falls, n.y. 14305 716 417 1524. love chayyim.
