I’m Jordanian & work in Dubai & want to legalize salary certificate from the consulate to use in Amman. Kindly advice, from which ministry/ministries do you need it to be legalized first?

I would like to inquire, I am a filipina working here in Dubai and currently I a on vacation. I want to spend 10-15days in Amman Jordan for tourist. I would like to know if there is visa requirement in Jordan, though my Company here in Dubai already issued a No Objection Certificate to Amman. Please advise.
