embassy telephone system down
Dear sir, madam,

I have been trying for the past hour to reach someone at your offices. The main telephone system is answering but not one of the options is connection through.
How can I reach the office ?

Was unable to access the website on 16 April 2013, not 17th. Rang the visa section and a very helpful lady agreed to email me the form I needed.
