I have a jordanian passport and i am currently in turkey istanbul, i booked a ticket
From istanbul to amman and the line uses transit line ( istanbul - athena - amman)
I bought the ticket from ticket sales office in taksim istanbul and i showed my passport
But at the airport after checking out at the gates they cancelled my ticket and i couldn't fly
And they said because i am not allowed to go to athena ( visa needed ) and athena is not
A transit area, the ticket sales office didn't tell me this. Is it my problem or the sales office problem? Can i get refund?

i have jordanian passport and its expired since 7 days . i want to renew it how long time it will take? and can i send it to jordan if i want to make it quickly?

Note: i have to travel as soon as possible i have to make corporation .

انا مواطن سوري و من الضروي جدا ان اذهب الى الاردن لان لي حساب لي في المصرف هناك وقد قاموا باغلاق الحساب كوني غير مقيم في الاردن وعلي الذهاب الى هناك لاتمام الجراءات
الرجاء ايضا اعلامي ما هي اجراءت الكفيل الاردني للسوريين وهل يجب ان يأتي الى المطار لاستقبالي وما هي الاورق اللازمه و شكرا
