New School is with Japan
To the People of Japan,
New School International School of Georgia would like to give our sincere sympathies to the people of Japan. Soon after the devastating events happened in Japan, our students gathered together In our school reception area for a “Now We are Japan” candle lighting service in memory of the Japanese people who lost their lives. Students created a place of quiet reflection with images of the Japanese flag, hand-prints of our students, student Japanese drawings and poems as well as prayers and comments written by our students. Our students also raised money to give to the Japanese Red Cross. Again, we support Japan with our well wishes and prayers.
