I want to apply for an appropriate visa as IAEA is sponsoring my trip to and fro in attending the Final Project (RAS 7021/9008/01 Assessment Meeting in Tokyo, Japan from 9 - 13.11.2015.

Foreign Aid for Primary school

It is sad and disturbing to be notified that a undiplomatic letter was directed to your embassy in respect of the stance between our government and your government and Dai Nippon construction company here. I implore you if such a letter can be forwarded to me at the following e mail address:

This is very damaging and needs to be addressed publicly to our people. It is a very unprofessional show of conduct and lacks the required ethics of diplomacy. Such a person should be ashamed for writing such a uneducated version of himself.
