Foreign Aid for Primary school
Am just enquiry how to apply for help with building for our primary school from the Japanese government. Our wooden buildings at our school is over 50 years and need replacement. It is sad and disturbing to be notified that a undiplomatic letter was directed to your embassy in respect of the stance between our government and your government and Dai Nippon construction company here. I implore you if such a letter can be forwarded to me at the following e mail address:

This is very damaging and needs to be addressed publicly to our people. It is a very unprofessional show of conduct and lacks the required ethics of diplomacy. Such a person should be ashamed for writing such a uneducated version of himself.

How and when do all these people who request information from the embassy get a reply ? Or has the Japnese staff at the embassy gotten used to Fijian time...
