I am vietnamese student who studied PhD in Korea. I got my diploma in 21st feb 2014. I already got a postdoc position in NIMS (Nationnal Institute of Material and Science). I came to Korea to take my diploma with a C-3-1 visa type from 10th Feb 2014. NIMS officer will send to me document to apply visa after 2 weeks later. I can live in Korea to 11th May 2014. So, Could i apply a visa to enter Japan in Korea or i need come back to Vietnam to apply it. I'm a Thai Master student who staying and conducting the research in Kobe university with Temporary visit Visa (90 days). Next month, I'd like to attend the International Conference in Ewha women's university. I have the problem because I don't have reentry visa to come back to Japan (I'll stay in Japan until 30th March, 2014) What should I do to come back to Japan again? Do I need to submit new Visa in Japan embassy in Korea? How long dose it take? How mach does it cost? What document do I need to ask from Kobe university to show you? I need more information, please.
