Tourist Visa for my parents that live in Albania
Hello,
I live in Japan. My parents who live in Albania are trying to get a tourist visa so they can come and visit me for Christmas. They just came from the Japanese consulate in Tirana, where they were told that they need to come to Italy to obtain the Japanese visa. Is there any other way to get their visa without them traveling to Rome?
