ive been looking for my father for years... ung contact number nya is still alive and kickin but.. when i tried to call once, a woman like past 30's answer the phone in japanse which i didnt understand since i was born pinoy.. we have a copy of his work when i was born. his birthcertificate but i guess i dont have koseki tohon..gusto ko sana maayos ang birth certificate ko at mgamit ung surname ng
father ko.. is there anyway to legally contact him? kc bka mdemanda ako ng harrassing if kinontact ko ng kinontact ung number nya... please need legal advice thanks

i am a japinoy but i don't have a koseki tohon do i have a opportunity to work in japan?to be a japan citizen?my father acknowledge me in my birth certificate her in the Philippines but my mother said i do't have a koseki tohon then last 2007 my father died can you help me ?

It has been 2 decades and unfortunately Ive never met my father. This is all I can say since I do not have story to tell. I lost his picture because of Ondoy, I just realize that my life is not complete. I would just like to ask for your help for me to find him.
