good day asking for child support for the father of my son
i want to know what to do regarding the father of my son,he is japanese national,i want to ask financial suport for my son.the father name is jitosho shinubo..i hope the japanese government would do some help regarding the financial support to those who have a child with the japanese.
I want to ask for an advice from you,I am married to japanese, but i am a batterd wife for 6 years, so i went home , also he sent me home by force ,by forcing me to sign in the divorce paper.. i was forecd to sign because he alwys hit me ove rmy body,,he dont give me money also, he forced me to worked at night in japanese clubs..Now.. i am in the Philippines for 11 months . H epromised me to gve me my permanent visa and we even applied for it last yr, as he promisd me if i will sign the divorce paper, he will let me stay Jpan so that i can still work.. i need to work for my family in the Philippines.but i hav eto go back first then later when my permenent visa (hagaki) comes, he will inform me to and buy me ticket going bck to japan, jst to sign..(he just fooled me)
we hve no straight commnucation at all..for so many mnths..but because of the tsunami..march 11, aftr 3 mnths(june 2011)he sent me a letter, begging me if he can stay here in the Phil. though i am hesitated, i symphatised him, the our house in tokyo was detryed by earthquake accrding to him so he wanted to stay in my country for good, i said, ok aftr all hes still my husband.he arrived here in my place Aug.17...wth his son(40yrs old and single)we acomodated them very very well, my family is is hospitable to them.
but as usual, hes natural attitude, again, things wnot work so well. everday we argue on so mny little things only, he is so demanding and selfish! i askd him "if we will not be confortable to each other , then you better go back to your country ,, think a hundred times again if you relialize that you need a wife and you are ready to respect your wife , then come back and lets talk again."then he said "ok!"
But this is my prob. they did not go back to japan, they stayed in manila, ermita( one of the hotels there)they have contacts from other people i do not know know.and later, they will rent an apartment and live there..because they dont want to go back to japan anymore.Now, my prob again is, i am just worried for them, because our agreement was, they will take ticket ans go back to japan.but they only fooled me. i know one of the people they contacted was "JUN ARDIENTE who works in intrnational airport.but ths man was hiding from me,,he is the guide of my hsband for so long. My only concernis that, i want to REPORT in Jpan Embassy that these people were no longer in my custody, he only used my name as his spouse.. and asked me to send copies of my papers needed for to get a 1 yr visa(he said that)..npw wherever they are, i ask your good office if they can be deported back to japan. i hve no consent for my husband to stay in my country , for whatever happens to him or to them..i will not hold responsible. becaus ethat is their own decision to saty in other place ( not my home)H fooled me by sayiong that, they will leave my house and have a plane ticket already, im sure the people behind were dictating these 2 japanese people, by the way, hes son is first time here, now they are roaming in manila..please help me to deport them back in japan or just want to report that they are no longer under my custody,

pwede po ba ko uli ako mag work sa japan..hindi po nikki jin ot jinsai..gusto ko lang po sana mag work uli sa japan ng hindi dumadaan ng agency.gusto ko po kasi sa japan..maayos,malinis,lahat po organize..sana po maka balik po ako..
magtatnong po ako anak po kc ako ng hapon.. eh di ko pa po nkikita ung tatay kong hapon.. pero nasusten2han nia po ako hanggang sa magaral po ako ng kinder.pero natigil po at wala n po kmi communication dati pa..gusto ko lng po malman kung papno ko po mahahanp ung tatay ko..gusto ko po kc xa makita..help me.. 18 yrs old n po ako ngayon.. godbless
