NAME: REVELATION CHILDRENS MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL
STATUS: REGISTERERD NON GORVERNMENT ORGANASATION (NGO)
YEAR OF ESTABLISHMENT 2007
GOALS
VISION:
To improve on the living condition of the most disadvantaged people of Uganda especially the AIDS affected families, orphans, widows and victims of war conflicts.
MISSION:
We being Christians, shall volunteer and strive to uphold the sanctity of human life by meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the vulnerable persons Ensuring that their welfare problems are achieved through effective and efficient improved service delivery.
OBJECTIVES
The major objectives of RCMI are to promote the mutual economic interests of its members in accordance with the organizations’ principles and more particularly in projects. Others shall include: -.
1. To offer vocational training skills and help fund formal education for AIDS orphans, war displaced and other needy vulnerable orphaned children.
2. Promote culture of togetherness within the membership for future investment and eliminate poverty in the community targeting the reproductive poor mainly women groups with micro-finance (startup loans).
3. To offer vocational training skills and help fund from education for needy orphans as well as preach the Gospel of Christ in primary schools, Secondary schools and Higher Intuitions of learning.
4. To sensitize and educate the parents and the general public about the rights of children and why child abuse should be CONDEMNED.
5. To mobilize savings on affordable or convenient regular basis and act as intermediary entity to solicit for credit funds in terms of loans or grants from sister Organizations and donors for onward future lend to the members.
6. To create a common pool that will provide a source of credit formed, owned or borrowed and manage/utilize the same by the members themselves.
7. To mobilize and sensitize the public and thereby create awareness about HIV/AIDS dangers in the community on safer sexual behavior and family planning.
8. To promote social support, networking with other CBO’s, NGOs through home based-care services to PLWDS, the elderly, widows, widowers and orphans.
9. Facilitate the formation of community based dialogue committee, discouraging and totally eliminate domestic violence in homes.
10. Establish schools, health trainings and centers and provide education or technical knowledge at all levels. For the benefit of our communities
LOCATION: UGANDA
Background:
Revelation Children Ministry International (RCMI) is a registered Non-Government organization (NGO) started in 2007 as Christian Community Based Organization; it’s also incorporated as a company to manufacture reusable pads. Since then we have established a numbered of project such as
• Children’s care/ recreation center in Jinja over 50 children meet every Sunday evening and over 600 children meet once a month
• Nursery, primary, adult education and skill training center in Soroti
• A bible college in Jinja
• Youth evangelical mission and church planting which we conducted every end of the year in different parts of Uganda
• Directly supporting 60 orphans and vulnerable children to access the basic necessities of life
• Purchase land in soroti for the future construction of the school and a plot in Jinja for construction of sanitary pads production unit
This ministry has a general assembly that makes policies on all programs implemented. There is a Board of Executive which is the top administrative organ of the ministry.

i. RCMI wishes to partner up with your organization to enable the sharing of experiences, challenges and resources towards the achievement of our goals
ii. To promote and extend development opportunities in our communities
iii. To promote evangelism and gospel outreach to the people towards the salvation of mankind in the world
3. ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
RCMI shall comply and fulfil all the terms and conditions that shall be agreed upon in the partnership with your organization, all members and staff of RCMI shall ensure the smooth implementation of all the partnership programs using a participatory process involving all concerned parties, RCMI ensure that all such programs conducted are sustained
