How do we arrive at saying a nation is developed? A conservationist may call development destruction. How is this view in relation to Japan? I request for some comprehensive analysis on this.
I am looking for Dr Hara's address. I want to contact him for a discussion on some science innovation he has come up with that I am so sure will benefit Uganda. Please help me out. He is a researcher at Mie Prefectural Science and Technology Center. I mainly want his E-mail address.
