Am a Ugandan Male Aged 25years,The reason as to why am sending this E-mail is to request you Kindly to help me out.
I joined Uganda Martyrs University here in Uganda and studied a diploma in computer science and Information Technology .Now am lobbing the japan Government to grant me an opportunity to see my dreams come true by completing a bachelor's program in Information technology.
I Love Technology very much and i do surely believe with whole my heart that Japan is the Best country with the best technology Facilities in the Entire world and it can provide the BEST technology skills.
However I wish i could win a scholarship this time and Live my dream of studying in Japan.
