Request for Support at Masaka High School
Masaka High School is a registered secondary school offering both 'O'& 'A'levels with vocational courses in Computer science & technology, Driving, tailoring, agriculture, electrical installation, Hair dressing & beautician, etc.

Besides formal education we also train employable skills to the youth on non-formal basis. This programe is also being sponsored by the Government of Uganda through BTVET Department but they are only sponsoring very few youth each year compared to the number we normally recruit.

The purpose of this letter therefore, is to request you help us by providing us with Equipment & Tools, Computers and construct for us buildings for both classrooms and workshops. If there could be any financial assistance towards our school we shall be very grateful.
Yours faithfully,
Kisitu Deo Birungi

DOES THE HEAD OF MISSION KNOW THIS??
Having been tortured in Japan by the Police that left me with a permanent injury,MOFA kampala requested for a medical report.Japan sent a police and a half medical report in march'2013.I was denied access to this report by the Embassy til July'2013.I went to the Embassy to meet the Head of Mission but i was told to first get a letter from MOFA kampala,I got the letter on 23.08.2013 requesting the Embassy to arrange for a meeting to resolve the matter as soon as possible, but the Embassy has refused to fix an appointment for me.Is the Embassy waiting for me to first go to the Press in order to Act??

DO I NEED A PERMIT TO ACCESS THE EMBASSY??
I was shocked when i delivered a copy of a letter i had given to ministry of foreign affairs and speaker of parliament of Uganda, after being frustrated by the Embassy which has refused to answer any of the many letters i have been writing to them about the permanent injury that was inflicted by the police in japan. The Embassy is trying to stop me from demanding for an answer and they have been promising to inform me about the stand of MOFA japan. Now the Embassy has become hostile.Where can i get such a permit?
