I am a filipino currently living here in china with a resident permit visa. My boss and some of my workmates will have a group tour in Japan. They are old chinese and i am foreigner here. They will pay an agent to work our visa. Is that ok or do i need to appear at the Japan embassy? Thank you
I am a US citizen living in Japan under Status of Forces Agreement(SOFA). I will marry a Chinese citizen and want to take her to Japan to live with me. Since she is my wife, she is covered under SOFA but she cannot get the SOFA stamp in her passport until AFTER she arrives in Japan so she needs a visa. She was told she must have 500,000 yen in the bank and a house in her name to show she will return to China, but she will not because she is my wife. What can we do to get her to Japan?
