Let me introduce me. My name is Akmal Nasrulloev. I am from Sugd province Tajikistan. In 2009 I had opportunity to participate in Vegetable Cultivation Technology course in Tsukuba International Center. During 10 month I got many knowledge in VC, because it was my speciality and new methods of vegetable growers, wich I visit in Japan now I am implemening in my region. How to grow early vegetables in greenhouses, raising seedlings, tunnel technologies and many other technology. Our instructors in Japan Hasegawa-san and Ono-san teach us how to cultivate all type of vegetables. Visiting and study in Japan was very usefull for me. Thats why I would like to know about is any scholarships programm for Tajikistan citizen to Japan Universities in 2011? Any subjects about agriculture, Rural Development, Climate change and etc. I would like to participate. My e-mail: a_nasrulloev@mail.ru
