Re: ADMISSION INTO MASTERS OF SCIENCE IN MATHEMATICAL
MODELLING PROGRAMME FOR THE 2011/12 ACADEMIC YEAR
I am pleased to inform you that your application for admission into the above mentioned
program has been approved. You will be registered for the programme at the College of
Natural and Applied Sciences (CoNAS).
Your registration is effective from 26th September, 2011 and is subject to you:
a) Registering formally for the degree after paying the required fees. This admission
can neither be postponed nor differed to the next academic year;
b) Producing evidence of your release from your employer (if employed);
c) Submitting original and certified copies of certificates and transcripts (the
originals will be returned after verification). Include certificates for Form 4, 6,
Diploma and 1st degree; and
d) Attaching two stamp size photographs.
The Program lasts for 18 months. Deadline for registration is 24th October, 2011. A
late registration fee of Tshs. 5,000/= per day for a maximum of 7 days shall be required
after the deadline. No registration after the 3rd week of commencement of studies shall be
entertained. You are strongly encouraged to register on the 1st week to avoid
distress. Failure to register will lead to automatic cancellation of the admission.
Kindly visit the University web-site (www.udsm.ac.tz.) for information on
accommodation. Find attached herewith forms (Form BI and C) that must be filled and
send to us.
