An Innovative Technology developed by me can help prevent the disasters caused by earthquakes and tsunamis. I request for an audience with the CGJ in Chennai for making a ppt presentation about this technology. Further the coastal land areas submerged in the sea can be reclaimed with this cost-effective technology.
Respected Consul of Japan, I am a merchant navy seaman. I work as Chief Engineer on a ship & have been to Sendai many times.
