Scholarship
Good Day,

My son is currently in Grade 11 and is very interested in studying further in Japan when he has completed Grade 12.
I would like to know if there are any Universities/Colleges in Japan that would be willing to offer a scholarship to him to complete his tertiary studies in Japan.
He absolutely loves Japan and its culture and in the process of learning the language. As a Brown male hailing from a disadvantaged area and race group this would be a wonderful opportunity for him.
He is currently enrolled in a Science and Technology School and majoring in Electrical Engineering.
Your reply and assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks

Dear Consul,

My name is Walter Magoda and I hail from the Cape Flats. I`m a library and information studies post graduate student here at University of Cape Town and prior to this, I was a volunteer at Cross roads library and that`s where the interest took shape.
Right now, I`m stuck in a moment and odds are stack against me and It seems I won`t be able to realize my dream of becoming a public librarian and be able to contribute meaningful to my impoverished and less informed, community. Not unless, someone somewhere could throw me a life line.

My current dilemma as a student is as follows:
I`m struggling with daily travelling funds to and from lectures
I`m without proper stationery
I don`t manage to print and make copies on prescribed course material and readings
I sometimes, attend lectures on an empty stomach whilst surrounded by seemingly affording fellow students
I come from a "large" house-hold whereby my Aunt is a sole breadwinner out of her meagre government pension
I`m therefore, speculatively wondering whether is there any relief the consular could afford to my seeming dire situation.

Yours truly,
Walter Magoda
