Please sir accepts my sincerest condolences and deepest sympathy and sorrow to those affected by the recent disaster in Northeast Japan. My research accepted ICAS- 2011, International Congress for Analytical Sciences (IUPAC), will be held in Kyoto, Japan, May 22 to 26, 2011.
My presentation (24aK10) has been scheduled in the oral session of ICAS2011
I am asking if I can get visa from your embassy in green area. please can you help me because the time is very critical.

I am an Iraqi person living in Samawa , south of Iraq. I had worked with Japanese while they were here in my town . I just want to express my condolences toward the people of Japan after the national catastrophe , which has happened recently this week .
