Right Today on ETV local news hour I heard One Japanese professor talking about how kayzen brings change in productivity by visiting one organization. And I decided to learn more about the concept.

Our Academy namely Ethio - Henderson International Academy established in 2011/12found in rural area of southern Ethiopia nation would like to learn the Kayzen working system for which we believe very important concept for our infant academy . Target area:-Degeme district, Oromia, Ethiopia

The area(2500 hect.) are more produce barely crop production in belge season before 15 years ago. but now nothing to produce due to climate change and lack of rain fall in belge season. so we need to chage the area from crop production to animal husbander (dairy farm) through the assessed project that significant impact on poverty reduction.
