I'm living in Jamaica and I started the process of doing business with a car dealer company in Japan name "Two Forum" I wire transferred $5000.00USD to a company name "TRADE JAPAN CO LTD", which was the name Two Forum said we should send it to, this was sent from Feb 14, 2017. They were unable to fulfill there part so I requested a refund over 6 weeks now and until now they haven't send it. They have making promises that they are going to and they still haven't! Please advice what step I can take to recover my funds from this fraudulent company!!

The below is my kind request with you.
I am Indian passport holder I have work permit from Cayman island ( GCM) for six month and i am flying to cayman on 04/01/17 via-from Delhi to Schiphol Airport( Amsterdan) to Areopuerto Hato airport to Curacoa to kingston to cayman ( GCM)
Do we need any transit visa ? OR Can i fly to my destination as mentioned the above via with the work permit issued by GCM (cayman island Goverment) ?
Once Immigration department was not allowed me in Delhi airport via Canada.
Please advise me
