As South African we can only give respect to Jamaica for being the voice of the revolution not just for South Africa but all those around the world that got motivated by Jamaican music and lyrics. During the apartheid era only Reggae music made sense and got me taught about issues I never learned from institutions of learning. I'm looking forward to go visit the lovely island. Blessed!

Our organisation Qhawes Entertainment Group in partnership with Department of Arts and Culture will be hosting 1st African reggae festival in August 2015 in the city of Umhlathuze Ruchardsbay.
One of our main goal is to invite the elder Don Carlos to grace our shores.
We are asking if you could partner with us in this great festival to promote African unity and social cohesion.This is going to be the annual reggae festival hosted in our city.
