Will she get deported for staying overtime?

Good day I am seeking some information for a friend here in jamaica she has a sister that has been staying in trinidad over 2 years now will she be charged for over staying
My name is Muyiwa Philip Orisajo, i am Nigeria by birth but reside in Barbados at the moment i am in Trinidad and Tobago first to see after the school i am going to be attending from September this year and secondly to see after my passport at the Nigeria consulate here in Trinidad but unfortunately the Nigeria consulate here in Trinidad dont issue a Nigeria passport so i was told i would need to visit Jamaican in other to get that done.
So i would like all the information i would needed regarding getting a Jamaican visa if in did Nigeria need a visa to travel to Jamaican thanks and hope to hear from you soon thanks.
I am legal here in trinidad and tobago but wld like to get a US visa. How would i go about the process. And am the holder of a CSME certificate.
I am marred and have a child here but I am not legal what I s the best way to get my papers
I would just like some information i am a Jamaican i have over stayed my time in trinidad because i was pregnant but now given birth can i go back to Jamaica n return to be with my baby n fiancé
