This Jamaican consul in Panama is a scammer, extremely shady and unprofessional. I paid the processing fee and the courier fees, after which, there was no email or WhatsApp responses, the phones won’t answer and PICA in Jamaica seems to be somewhat implicit. Calls to the passport office from overseas is very very expensive and the wait is supper lengthy. Now I’m without my expired passport along with other local ID cards. I wouldn’t recommend this consul to anyone to use this fake scammer. And I would like the Panamanian authorities to investigate this scammer.

Jamaican in panama need to have a different council or someone who really care and willing to help us because these people don't answer her phone nor email and they never yet have a straight up answer to help we as jamaican is totally abondan here in Panamá!!
No help and had me stuck in Panama waiting for a flight to return back home

This consulate is no help whatsoever, all I get is the run around and lies. I am stuck here without money and food because of the virus, and want to get home from March, and not even to take my calls, only email me when they feel like it, with false hope and lies. When will I get out only God knows. I NEED HELP
I cant understand this place I have sent for my daughter passport for over a year and still cant get it back, these people are incompetent I swear. Now she has a new secretary that I wish I could slap in her face because she has no manners
Carmen I saw the video, but I am going to say this personally, I have nothing bad to say about mr Edwards. He has helped me and hundreds of other jamaicans with various issues, I don't know what the issue is with you or this client, but I am sure there are more than on side to the story.
This councilate is an ass hole she helps no one. Jamaica Gov think she is doing a good job however she does nothing u will not getting anywhere with her
Don't even know how to deal with her own jamaican people show off waste of time
I need to get my daughter birth paper stamp and I have been trying to get to her for the past 3months up to now nothing.
