my name is Leroy Thompson, born jamaican and having problrms to rewplace my passport in Panama, the passport cost $4500 jamaican dollar that is aprox US$45 and they want to charge me $300 and expect me to wait 3 months to get it when Jamaica issues it in 7 days
I am asking for your assitance, I think that position in Panama should be given to a Jamaican or a Panamanian and not a US citizen
