Dear Sir
Today, I was full of happiness to go to Costa Rica as travel,BUT i could get on the flight because i didn't have certification of yellow fever.
My sister will come to Costa Rica all the way from Japan using her short limited vercation.
Do we really need to show this certification in entering your country?
I heard that if people who departed from other countries, there is no need to do so.
I am Japanese and not Brazilian. Also this is just for sightseeing, is it neessary??
Please let us know as soon as possible so that I can meet my sister. We have not met for more than a year and cannot express in a word how much we are waiting for this travel.
