requring an attesting letter to confirm my identity
Dear Consular,
I will like to make an inquiry about how to obtain passport or any form of identity.
I am native and citizen of Ivory coast living in Connecticut .I want to obtain a driver's license and i was told to bring a written letter from my consulate attesting that , I am citizen of Ivory Coast . So i need to know which requirement do you need before you can send me the attest letter as well as if i can obtain a form of id from you .
