Dear Rapa Luciano,
My passport will expire next year in april but I need to get a new one as the cover of the passport is coming off. I tried to glu with super bonder but is not working and I don't think the American immigration will accept that as I am traveling to USA on april 2016. So I need a urgent new passport for my trip to USA. How can I a make appointment for the Watford embassy as I live in St Albans, Hertfordshire area!

Three times ive wasted time and money driving to your office during opening times.The office hasn't been open,even though it says open on the door.The phone no goes straight onto a fax machine.What a disgrace how on earth can you be helping anyone?

I have tried in vain to make contact with the Consulate in London, to renew my passport.
Although it has six months until expiry, I am going to visit my mum soon in IT, and some airlines hate passengers who have less than 6 months left on passports.
Can I get it renewed by post?
Or can you help?
Dear Mr Rapa.
Please can you help me as I am struggling with the information on all the different websites. I am going to Australia 1st Dec and fly home 26th Feb on a 3 month tourist visa. When receiving approval for my visa it said I need 6 months validity on my passport for when I leave the country. I go to Bali 17th November so need to renew my passport as soon as possible. I live in Watford. Please can you advise me on how to do this as it has been proven very difficult so far. Thank you.
