For the last few weeks my ex wife Luisa Petrocchi Bartal in South Africa and I here in Israel have tried without any success to attain some kind of response from your office regarding our difficulties in attaining an appoinbtment in Tel Aviv.
All I need to do is sign consent forms so that our daughters Nadia and Talya may receive Italian Pass ports.
We have tried numerous times on your web site without success . ( I have e mailed a letter to you today as well. )
As for the woman who amswers your phone in Tel Aviv, I am amazed that she is still permitted to answer the phones considering how rude, impolite and impatient she has been to us..
