Hi, I am an international student in st.john's. I am just wondering if i can apply for the schengen visa here in town without going outside NL. And what documents i really need to apply for Italy visit visa?
By the way, my wife will travel with me together, and can we share one bank statement to prove that we can afford ourselves when staying in Italy?

I'm from Italy.I work in the Hospital of Ferrara (Italy)

One old girl must to come in St. John's to take some documents about the death of her husband, but she don't speak english (like many italians) so she need about a intercultural mediator that speaks italian, to receive some help with the documents.

Visiting Italy Before Student Visa Begins
Good Day, I am hearing conflicting comments about the following.
I am going to attend school in Florence in September 2012 and I am getting my student Visa documents ready. However, I want to spend August in Italy as a visitor. Can I be in Italy during August as a visitor and when September comes my student Visa kicks in OR do I have to leave Italy at the end of August and then come back in with proof of entry such as a plane or train ticket at which time my student Visa starts? I hope this is not too confusing.
