Since Nov 26Th the new system implemented on the italian Consulate in Brazil turns almost impossible to anyone renovate the passport.
Whatzzapp Video Calls doesn't make any queue for priorities and makes every one crazy waiting to have luck to answer the phone and make the appointment.
O novo sistema de agendamento de passaporte está impossível de conseguir agendamento e baseia-se em videocalls via whatzzapp com dois números- sem favorecer a prioridade de chamada, e nos deixando todos os minutos no telefone fazendo e refazendo as ligações.
IMPOSSIVEL! Alguma sugestão?
