Hi,
I had spoken to an assistant(dial zero)as i needed to inquire regarding my active Schengen Visa. The staff in charge should not be in charge in that position as he can't understand english properly,as well as can't speak english. He is rude and impolite, no telephone manners,he hung the phone, while im still talking,he didn't even tell his name.
Please let your staff on the Passport Dept. be courteous in answering calls. He just hanged up the phone while I am still speaking. So arrogant.
