Pero !!!!!!

Dual Citizenship declined but never returned my documents
After almost two years of collecting the necessary documents for dual citizenship through Jure Sanguines, I filled all the request of the Phila consulate. Then I was told to go to court and get a judge to sign a paper that my grandfather's name was mispelled do to americanization etc. I did that.
I was told that due to my father's home birth, he had no registered birth certificate so a baptism certificate was accepted. I did that. Finally sent all the documents. Ipsitaly informed me they were not acceptable due to a new citizenship officer changing the criteria. Okay, so I requested all my documents be returned to me since they were of no use to them. After several requests by me and my daughter (who was also requesting dual citizenship through Jure Sanguines), I was assured by ipsitaly my documentation would be mailed to me. Now four months later I still have not had them returned to me. I can't believe that after all the time and expense I incurred the Philadelphia consulate changed officers and would not recognize what I was previously told. I still want my documents returned. I have not had any of my phone calls to the consulate returned and only contact received e-mails from ipsitaly. Can anyone help me
