Was born in Monterotondo Rome Italy . Told I was adopted , I ha e reason to beli e that I was not . Believe my biological father brought me TO the US from Italy 45 yrs ago . Believe biological mom ( if still alive ) stayed in Italy and gave me up . Basically looking for birth mom and records of my birth . Not sure what my steps are to start this process. My passport was issued in New York 10 years
ago,and was expired 07 Nov 2015.
Please what i have to do to get a new one,
with some urgency,because i have no more valid ID.
