I agree entirely with Gianfranco, your services to the public are simply disgusting.I had called the Consulate to have some information about a Procura Generale, and I was told that the person who takes care of the Legal office, worked alone and she could not answer the phone, to send an EMAIl to such legal office and my question would be answered.I did so September 9th 2011. As of yet I have not heard a word.It is a sheme the way you treat the public, you do not have any work ethics, it seams that the Italian Consulated has arrogant people working for it and representing such a beautiful, full of History country. Now I understand why Italy is in the shape that it is, you could rest asure, even if you do care, that I will write a letter to the Embasador in Washington and express my feelings.
To make an appointment to renew my passport is almost mission impossible. My questions were ignored, I only had to do what the answerer wanted, no help at all. Only arrogant individuals.
I would like the criteria and process for applying for dual citizenship.
i would like to know if when you make a new procura to a new individual, you could ask the notary public to put a close revokink the previous person that was in charge of the old procura, or if i should have to do a new document stating that i've canceled the other person and i've put someone else in charge.i will be wating for a response. thank you.
