It has been more than a month and I have still not received my passport and visa.I have followed up multiple times and I get only arrogant and rude replies in return. Request you to atleast give my passport back. You people are not doing a favour on me.

My name is Imran Khan. I’m a citizen of India, my permanent residence in Agartala, west Tripura. Pin: 799102 India. I’m Married to a Romanian girl on her last visit in India few months ago. She having a Indian valid visa we are living together in India . Her current residence in Italy via della baldunia 200 Roma,Italy. Now she wants me to move Italy woth her. And she have all the Italian and Romanian documents. I need the the proper Italy family visa required documents to apply for visa. What type of documents we should submit for visa? Please kindly inform me as per as it possible.
