I got an Italian Citizenship since 2 Oct 1996, I need only to have a chop from my Birth certificate translated into Italian and i'm leaving here in italy, what I have to do?, also my brother his now with me here in Italy he come by Tourist for 3 months but I plan if I can ask to extend him more for another 3 months what I have to do?.

I"ve been calling the call center that was given by the Italian Embassy but it is really a hard time. It seems that it is no longer a service but of a business because i used 3000 pesos but still I cannot get through.
I`am Mateo Juntilla the father of Andrei Borromeo Juntilla here in Milan.
